Spooky Things

It was a SPOOKtacular week!  We read lots of spooky stories,  Runaway Bunny - and the parody Runaway Mummy, Goodnight Moon and the parody Goodnight Goon.  Our art projects on Monday were working on our cutting skills-thumbs up and open shut them on a black line.

Tuesday our project was to glue mini marshmallows on our paper to make ghost, we had to use our pincher or alligator fingers like when we hold a writing utensil.

Wednesday was so much fun.  We made witches brew it had cobwebs (chex cereal), pumpkin drool (cheetos), pumpkin eyes (doritos), ghost droppings (popcorn), skeleton bones (veggie straws), skeleton bone glue (mini marshmallows), ants (raisins), beetles (m&m's), snake eyes (craisins), bat wing bones (fritos), chicken toenails (candy corn), and witches fingernails (bugles).

The class wrapped up the week by starting a new month.  A new month means a new page in our person book we are making for graduation.
