Signs of Fall

Our first week of October!  The signs of fall are all around us.  On Monday, we started our month of with our person drawing.  We sang our Mat Man song while drawing.  They did such a nice job.

Tuesday, we made beautiful leaf sun catchers that are decorating our front door and window.  They look awesome!  If you were able to make the open house, you saw how beautiful they are.

Then on Wednesday we did texture rubbings.  We used leaves and texture tiles.  The Super 4Kers used fall  colored crayons to rub and create a whole picture of texture.  My friends brought these home on Thursday.

Thursday was a fun day of painting.  All the artists in our class love the paints.  We hung these up in our class room where our Mat Man pictures were.  (If you didn't get your Mat Man or Family tree we sent them home in the red folders on Thursday).
