Wonderful week so finish up our traditions from around the world. We also enjoyed a great holiday party.

We are learning about our classmates traditions as well as others. We discuss some friends do not celebrate holidays, that Hannukah lasts 8 nights, la Posada is celebrated in Mexico & that is where poinsettias come from, and that most of our class decorates a evergreen tree to make a Christmas tree.

It was a BEARY fun week. We worked on a lot of skills, sizing, sorting, sequencing, coloring, cutting, gluing and learning through our play centers. We also started learning our songs for our virtual concert. This is tricky, singing through a mask but we are learning how to project our voices with are masks on while still sounding like we are singing. Once we get down some words we are going to add instruments.
