Gardening Fun

This week we talked about gardening. On Monday we made baggie greenhouses. We have placed 3 bean seeds in there. Be sure to place it in a window and watch for sprouts.
Tuesday we repurposed soda bottles to use them as paint stampers and made beautiful flower gardens! These works of art are decorating our classroom.

Saturday is the Annual Edgerton Children's Fair!

This Saturday, April 18th, is the Edgerton Children’s Fair at Community Elementary School in the gym. Hours are 9:30am -11:30am. This is a fun event for all families with young children. There will be many activities, visits from special characters, and informational booths. There are several make and takes and promotional items that have been donated by many generous area businesses. The Children’s Fair is being held at the Community Elementary School Gym. Please enter the school through door H (behind the school, near the gym). Be sure to look for Mrs. Fox and come make fun crafts with her :)

We will be taking graduation portraits and a group photo on Tuesday, April 28th. Each kiddo will be dressed in a cap and gown. You will have the opportunity to preview the pictures before making any purchases. Below are samples of graduation pictures.

We were grateful to have had a short week after our long break! We must all be tired from our vacation fun!!

Tuesday we created three pig puppets and Wednesday we created their homes. Did your child put on a three pigs puppet show for you?

Thursday was our Cowboy Dress Up Day. We created our April person book page depicting ourselves in our western wear. You can see more pictures of these adorable ranch hands here.
